Wideband and Dual-Polarized Crossed Dipole Antenna Design Using Substrate-Integrated Coax

چکیده

A wideband and dual-polarized dipole antenna design technique is presented. The proposed employs two sets of elements in orthogonal configuration separated by a dielectric layer. are excited with separate substrate-integrated-coaxial feeds to achieve high port-to-port isolation the overall stackup enclosed substrate-integrated-waveguide (SIW) cavity. To validate fed method, prototype was fabricated using standard multilayer printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing technologies operate Ku-band. measured simulated results exhibit that designed has wide impedance bandwidth less than -10dB reflection coefficients at 10.28-14.8GHz between orthogonally polarized ports greater 20dB most frequencies, making it suitable for many applications such as satellite communications. relatively stable gain pattern value 5.5-6.5dBi low cross-polarization level (<16dB) over operating frequency range.
